The building has a square floor plan of 43,25m by 53,70 m, divided into four sections, which are used for laboratories and a service centre. The ground floor houses an auditorium, main hall and multipurpose lab, a classroom, a canteen, a changing room, a computer room and an administration and management area. An animal house is also located on the ground floor but is completely separated from the public zones. It has its own independent entrance on the south side of the building. The basement is used as car park, big animal’s house and warehouse. The research groups’ labs and the scientific services are on the first and second floor
