Description: APD - (avant projet détaillé). New building consisting on : Ground floor and four storeys, designed for the establishment of the General Directorate and its related areas. In the ground floor is located the main access hall and the Audiovisual Production department, which includes a Television studio. From the First Floor starts a central atrium , covered with a large upper skylight, around which the open office working areas are organized . The modular office areas, enclosed by full glazed partitions, are distributed along the façades. On the top floor is located the Committee Chamber, for 150 people seated, as well as technical infrastructure control and translation service, with a large annex foyer .The central atrium allows natural ventilation, controlled by BMS. On the roof there are PV and thermal  solar panels and also green roof areas. The building has been designed with high energy efficiency, for its Minergie.® certification.
